Why:

Fran’s Kids Boys and Girls Center currently operates primarily as a
daycare facility, but also hosts events and services such as
seasonal camps, back to school festivals, Thanksgiving dinners,
Christmas blessings, basketball, football, cheerleading, and
tutoring. The contribution from this service event will enable the
Center to expand their offerings to area youth as well as boost
community pride.

CSX is proud to be a National Leadership Sponsor of City Year,
including the signature “Safe Kids Play Day” program. City Year
unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time
service, giving them skills and opportunities to change the world,
